Beauty is pain — unless you’re this gal.

Bree, a Georgia-based content creator, suffered from scoliosis, otherwise known as a curved spine, due to her size 34E breasts.

The mother of one endured excruciating back pain and bad posture as a result, but one surgery has changed her life for the better, easing her pain and gifting her some confidence.

But it wasn’t until after giving birth to her 3-year-old son Lincoln that her health deteriorated significantly, and she noticed that her clothes began to fit improperly.

She was fed up with her wardrobe and even working out wouldn’t diminish her burden.

As a Hail Mary, she turned to breast reduction.

“Truthfully, I didn’t know how I was going to manage another summer with them,” Bree told Jam Press.

“Clothes were so difficult to find that fit well, and I didn’t like looking at myself because I was so out of proportion,” she continued. “I was tired of having to always choose what supported or hide my breasts, rather than what would be most flattering or comfortable — especially swimsuits and dresses.”

After breastfeeding her son, her breasts were stretched out yet empty, leaving her the difficult task of finding bras that would fit, resorting to only wearing sports bras.

“Working out proved to be a challenge when it came to finding sportswear that supported me, and I would have chest pain from the skin moving around too much,” she added.

Thankfully, her procedure was deemed “medically necessary” and covered by insurance, leaving her with no cost or regrets.

“There hasn’t been a single second I’ve regretted getting it done, and each day, they’ve gotten better as the swelling goes down,” she said of her surgery, which she had on June 2. “I’ve never had surgery before, so I didn’t know what to expect — but it was a very smooth process.”

Despite the discomfort during the healing process following the surgery, she’s now a proud 34C. She even touted the final product on her TikTok account, where she garnered 30,000 views on one clip.

“Anybody can do it, you can do it,” she said in the video, encouraging her followers to look into breast reductions while revealing her wrapped-up chest just a day after surgery.

In the weeks following the operation, Bree took to the platform to share her recovery journey, and was met with support from her devout followers.

“So glad you’re recovering well gorgeous! We’re thinking of you,” wrote one person.

“Sending big prayers and good vibes your way for a speedy recovery. This is gonna totally change your life babe!!! Congrats,” said another user.

“Glad you’re home and resting, relax and take it easy,” chimed in someone else.

“All my close friends and family have been super supportive of my decision, as most of them know what I was dealing with beforehand,” she continued to JamPress. “My husband, Brett, I’m especially thankful for as he pushed me to finally make the appointment.”

Even her son has been “nothing but helpful and gentle,” she added. In a clip on TikTok, she gushed about how sweet Lincoln has been, even realizing his mom wouldn’t be able to pick him up and hold him for a while.

“It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made — just for me,” she said, adding that everyone should advocate for themselves and do “surgeon shopping.”
