Mustard has reportedly agreed to pay his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry, $18,342 per month in temporary child support fees starting in February.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, Mustard and Thierry reached an agreement and relayed it to the court in writing on Tuesday (January 31).

The former couple have three children together — Kiylan, Kauner and Kody — and they tied the knot in October 2020 before Mustard (real name Dijon McFarlane) filed for divorce in May 2022.

Thierry was initially seeking over $80,000 per month in child support and she claims there’s a prenuptial agreement that entitles her to an additional $35,000 in monthly payments and she’s looking for mustard to cover her $40,000 legal fees.

While they reached an agreement for Mustard to start paying $18,342 per month starting in February, Thierry’s fight for the $82,628 in monthly payments is not over. The pair agreed to postpone the hearing on her motion for more child support to a later date.

Thierry’s order in part demanded $82,628 a month in child support, which she claimed was totally reasonable pending a “forensic evaluation” of Mustard’s finances,” which her attorneys said they’ve already reviewed and saw he pulled in over $10million in 2020.

Thierry’s sworn declaration notes that Mustard “is a successful American Record Producer who makes an extraordinarily high living wage” and “has more than enough income to pay for both his and my attorney fees.”

The legal filing comes after Thierry blasted Mustard for previously not contributing any child support. Taking to social media in November, she called the multi-platinum producer out for allegedly failing to uphold his obligations to their children.

“These men be so bitter after they leave. How u mad at me for stepping after you left me,” Thierry wrote on Instagram at the time. “Not paying me child support or alimony to purposefully spite me. After I already signed a prenup. Talk about want me to leave with notninggggg sheesh it’s giving bitter af.”

However, the ex-couple eventually saw eye-to-eye when it came to joint physical custody of all three children with a reported “week on/week off” type of schedule. The 10 Summers Records honcho and Thierry will also be participating in voluntary settlement conferences with the court and are due back later this year.
