NYPD swarmed Staten Island Tuesday afternoon to track down two ATM scammers believed to be part of a multi-state fraud operation at Santander banks, The Post has learned.

A large police presence, including a helicopter, can be seen near Great Kills Park, according to videos posted online.

Police sources say police have one of the people in custody but were still searching for a second. Law enforcement are being warned the suspects may be armed.

The con apparently targets a flaw in Santander ATMs where people use prepaid debit cards and withdraw more money than is on the card, sources said.

Reports of the theft have come in from Brooklyn, Queens and Nassau County, sources say.
