#Model Jill Morris lists her designer NYC home for $1.65M

Interior designer Jill Morris, who launched her career as a 1980s fashion model, is selling her own Upper East Side home at 210 E. 73rd St.

The area is known as Eastgate, and this is one of six Emory Roth-designed pre-war buildings, developed by Bing & Bing, on the block.

The renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op is asking $1.65 million.

The residence features an open living/dining space with a woodburning fireplace.

Details include oak floors, high ceilings and three walk-in closets.

Building amenities included a landscaped courtyard garden, a gym and bike room.

Morris has recently been focused on redesigning her own properties in Pebble Beach, Calif., and Palm Beach, Fla., said listing broker Rob Taub of Douglas Elliman.
