When Amazon launched an early access program for Luna, gamers were disappointed to find that the cloud gaming service isn’t compatible with Android devices. Now Amazon has updated its compatible devices and browsers list to include select phones from Google, Samsung, and OnePlus.

Luna’s early access program began with support for Fire TV, PC, Mac, and iOS devices. Android support may be the greatest hurdle for the service, as there are a seemingly unlimited number of Android phones and tablets floating around, each with a unique combination of hardware and software.

Here are the Android phones now supported by Luna:

  • Pixel Devices
    • Pixel 4XL
    • Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a 5G
    • Pixel 5
  • Samsung Devices
    • Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+
    • Note 10 and Note 10
    • Galaxy S20 5G, Galaxy S20+ 5G, and Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G
    • Note 20
  • OnePlus Devices
    • OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G
    • OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7T Pro, and OnePlus 7T Pro 5G
    • OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro
    • OnePlus Nord

Unfortunately, Luna doesn’t have a dedicated app and instead works through the Chrome mobile browser on Android and iOS devices. Luna may never come to some old Android phones, as the service only supports devices running Android 9 or higher (so good luck recycling that old phone or tablet).

You can take Luna for a spin for $6 a month, but you have to request early access first. Bear in mind that Luna is unpolished and (like other cloud gaming services) may lag and stutter regardless of your internet speed. For what it’s worth, Amazon requires a minimum of 10Mbps to use the Luna service.
