#Quality Assurance in Another World Releases 1st Main Trailer, Adds Reiji Kawashima & Rie Takahashi to Cast

The production team for the Quality Assurance in Another World TV anime series has released its first main PV trailer, featuring the addition of two new characters. The anime is scheduled to premiere sometime in Spring 2024. 

The two new voice cast members include Reiji Kawashima as Amano and Rie Takahashi as Akira. Meanwhile, the main cast includes Kaito Ishikawa as Haga and Hinaki Yano as Nikola.

In addition, character designs have been released for the four main characters of the series.  

Kei Umabiki (Ayakashi Triangle assistant director) is directing the anime series, with Shougo Yasukawa (Ayakashi Triangle) as series screenwriter and Shigeo Akahori (Texhnolyze) as character designer. 100studio and Studio Palette are co-handling the animation production. 

The original manga series by Masamichi Satou began serialization in Kodansha’s Comic Days on May 30, 2020 and has released nine tankoubon volumes as of April 2023, with a 10th volume set for release on October 11, 2023. 

Kodansha USA releases the Quality Assurance in Another World manga in English and describes the story as:

Nikola is just a village girl working at the inn…until the day dragons invade, and she meets Haga, a scholar of everything around him. He’s a part of an elite society called “Seeker,” created to address a series of maladies plaguing their usually peaceful world. But both Nikola and Haga have secrets they hide…ones that will change each other’s very existence…
