So, this part of the story starts on Wednesday night. The 28-year-old Leviss took to Instagram to deliver a second public statement late that evening following the affair shocker. As Perezcious readers will recall, early on Wednesday morning, Raquel told the world she was in counseling amid the cheating crisis that ruined Tom’s relationship with Ariana Madix.

But late on Wednesday night — a little more than 12 hours after her first IG post — Leviss returned to the social media app for more. In a text-only post (with comments closed, natch), the Vanderpump Rules star wrote specifically about the man at the very center of Scandoval.

Mentioning the 39-year-old by name, Raquel first called the affair “indefensible” before admitting her feelings for Tom have “always been sincere” even before the romantic aspect developed:

“Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship.”

Then, Levis admitted how she needs to “understand” her choices and “learn to make better ones.” Girl, yes. We can agree with that statement one thousand percent… But while insiders have previously suggested Tom and Raquel are going to head off into the relationship sunset together, Leviss appeared to walk back that possibility. Writing about how she doesn’t want “to label anything or predict what lies ahead,” she concluded:

“Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to take care of my health, work on self growth and take time to be OK with being alone. I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal.”

Damn!! We suppose that healing reference means she needs to heal emotionally and physically. Just saying.

Leviss isn’t kidding about her desire to “take time,” either. On Wednesday night, Page Six published pics showing Raquel hanging out at a shopping center “on the outskirts of Los Angeles” earlier that afternoon.

She was dressed down in all black with a hoodie and baggie jeans on. She also had a baseball cap covering her head — although, as the outlet noted, you could just barely make out the black eye she’d reportedly been given by VPR co-star Scheana Shay in their confrontation following the affair reveal days ago. One eyewitness at the shopping center told the news outlet Leviss “looked somber” while scrolling along on her smartphone in the parking lot and “intermittently” puffing on a vape. You can see those snaps HERE.

Meanwhile, as we noted up top, it sounds like Sandy is on the outs with Leviss right now. A source told the same outlet Raquel is “ignoring texts and phone calls” from the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman. At this point, the insider claims, the TomTom restaurateur has been unable to track down his mistress-turned-(maybe)-girlfriend:

“Tom has been unable to track Raquel down for several days. He’s been asking mutual acquaintances if they’ve heard from her at all, but has had no luck. He can’t get in touch with her.”

A second source added the final nail in the coffin:

“She has been completely ignoring Tom.”

Ouch…

Then again, based on some of our other recent reporting from Tuesday evening, maybe Raquel’s current ice-out should come as no surprise. Other woman and all… Ya know??
