Get ready to rock out for a good cause, New Yorkers.

The Global Citizens Festival returns to Central Park next month with a star-studded lineup to celebrate its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of the nonprofit’s annual event aimed at fighting extreme poverty.

The trifecta of headliners this year is a dynamic mix, including rock band Metallica, R&B artist Mariah Carey, and pop trio The Jonas Brothers.

Additional performers taking the Central Park stage include pop singer Charlier Puth, Latin artist Rosalia, country act Mickey Guyton, and Italian stars Maneskin in New York,

Hosting the park’s charitable night of live music is actress and model Priyanka Chopra, who also happens to be married to one of the concert’s headliners, Nick Jonas.

Since the first Global Citizens Festival in 2012, the rockfest amplified global issues, including poverty, education, and climate change.

While the tickets are free, as are all Global Citizens events, those looking to attend must pledge to take action on the nonprofit’s key issues.

With the economic scars of the COVID-19 pandemic remaining and Russia’s war on Ukraine looming, Global Citizen CEO Hugh Evans recognizes the concert is coming at a more critical time than ever.

“These are urgent issues,” the nonprofit’s exec told The Associated Press. “That’s why our campaign’s focus on ending extreme poverty now — not next year, not the year after, but right now. We have to address the issues that matter most, whether it’s gender equality, climate change, or the structural issues that keep people poor.”

“Quantico” actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas also commented on the urgent need to fight for international issues, commending Global Citizen on their commitment to hold world leaders accountable.

“If we are going to do something about that, then we need urgent mobilization,” Chopra Jonas told the outlet.

The nonprofit is aiming to use the concert as a platform for citizens to demand change, including specific asks like getting the U.S. to donate more to climate change and collecting $500 million in donations for farmers in Africa, so they no longer have to rely on wheat and fertilizer from Ukraine and Russia.

Overseas in Accra, Ghana, the festival will also host a concert featuring acts like Usher, SZA, and H.E.R. Rapper Stormzy and Ghanian performers Gyakie, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy will also perform in Ghana.
