#Maybe Marvel Should Recast Black Panther! » OmniGeekEmpire

This is something I’ve started to think about the more I see Black Panther stuff. Although it was unfortunate that Chadwick Boseman passed away so soon, I don’t think we should turn the role of T’Challa into something sacred. I firmly believe that the role of T’Challa should be recasted so that the character can continue living on. To kinda cope out now and give it to Shuri seems kinda disrespectful, but maybe that’s just me.

Yeah, it’s going to be weird seeing someone else’s face as Black Panther, but that’s all the more reason why we should recast the role of T’Challa and give it to someone else who will carry on the legacy further. To close the chapter this soon seems like a loss, a great loss of opportunity. There are many more stories to tell, and T’Challa is not only a great character but he hasn’t had this much shine in such a long that. His legacy is too rich to be put on a shelf. That’s just my opinion, let me know what you guys think?
