If you could use a little cuteness to start off your day, then check out the non-credit opening and ending animation sequences for Gunmachan, a currently broadcasting TV anime based on the regional mascot character from Gunma Prefecture and his adorable friends.
The OP animation (above) features the song “SWITCH!”, which is performed in-character by Gunmachan (CV: Karin Takahashi), Aoma (CV: Aya Uchida), and Mimi (CV: Yui Ogura). The ED animation (below) features the song “Happy”, which is performed by Maria Imamura of HKT48.
The Gunmachan TV anime is directed by Mitsuru Hongo and features animation production by Ascension. The series is currently broadcasting in Japan on TOKYO MX, Television Kanagawa, Television Saitama, Chiba TV, Gunma Television, Tochigi TV, Sun TV, and Kyoto Broadcasting System.
