#MyHolo TV VTuber Agency To Become “Inactive Until Further Notice”

Malaysia-based VTuber agency MyHolo TV has announced its decision to stop its operations for a year while it undergoes restructuring. As such, it will “officially be inactive until further notice.”

It said, “While we have faced many challenges and learning curves over the course of four years in the VTuber industry, we also had the privilege of working with many immensely skilled talents. We will always be extremely appreciative and grateful for their contributions, as their hard work and continued efforts have allowed MyHolo TV to produce quality entertainment throughout these years.

“Nonetheless, after careful consideration and evaluation, we have reached the difficult decision to halt the company’s operations for one year while we restructure our organization, as we no longer have sufficient resources to continue efficiently. However, we remain open to possibilities of future investments with better strategies without compromising our principles of sustainability.”

Of its current four talents, Liola Lightbringer and Karrot Keromi will graduate and return to being independent VTubers starting on June 1.

Liola will acquire “selected intellectual property (Re:CorD character outfit) and all her social media channel ownership,” while Karrot’s intellectual property will stay with MyHolo TV. Additionally, Karrot will revert to their “Karrot” (as opposed to “Karrot Keromi”) identity “upon mutual agreement for early release of partnership contract.”

As for Liliana Vampaia and Lunaris Urufi, they will have a “new revised contract regarding the usage of the company’s intellectual property and limited services.”

MyHolo TV was founded in May 2020, with seven talents graduating during its four years of operations. All three of its second generation members graduated around three months after their debut.
