#Lost Girls (Jenny Hval & Håvard Volden) Announce New Album Menneskekollektivet, Share New Song: Listen

Lost Girls—the project of Jenny Hval and multi-instrumentalist Håvard Volden—have announced their debut album, Menneskekollektivet. It will be released digitally March 26 via Smalltown Supersound, with a physical release to follow on April 23. The new album marks the first time Hval and Volden recorded in a studio together in their 10-plus years of collaboration and follows 2018’s Feeling EP. Menneskekollektivet is a Norwegian word that translates to “human collective” in English. Hval and Volden previously released an album together in 2012, under the name Nude on Sand.

Last year, Hval released a novel titled Girls Against God. Her most recent solo album, The Practice of Love, was issued in 2019.
