Another taste of the U.K. rapper’s forthcoming album Sometimes I Might Be Introvert.
Little Simz has shared new song “Woman,” the second song from her upcoming album Sometimes I Might Be Introvert. The track features vocals from Cleo Sol and comes with a self-directed video featuring cameo appearances from Jourdan Dunn, Joy Crookes, and Denai Moore among others. Check it out below.
In a statement, Simz said of the video: “I love it when I see women doing their thing and looking flawless; I’m here for that! It’s empowering, it’s inspiring; I wanted to say thank you and I wanted to celebrate them.”
Sometimes I Might Be Introvert is due on September 3 via Simz’s own Age 101 label. Last month the U.K. rapper introduced the album with lead single “Introvert.”
The new album is the follow-up to 2019’s Grey Area and her fourth studio effort in total. A qurantine project, Drop 6, arrived last year amid Covid-related lockdown conditions across the globe.
