#Listen to Fredo and Pop Smoke’s New Song “Burner on Deck”

West London rapper Fredo has shared a new song featuring Young Adz and the late Pop Smoke. “Burner on Deck” appears on Fredo’s new album Money Can’t Buy Happiness, out now via Since ’93. Listen to “Burner on Deck” below.

Money Can’t Buy Happiness was executive produced by Dave and features guest spots from Summer Walker (on “Ready”), Dave (on “Money Talks”), and others. Of his new album, Fredo said in a press release:

I want to apologize for the wait. I had a whole different style album that didn’t really mean anything to me. Meanwhile a lot was going on in life that I was angry and confused about. I really thought that once you have money you can’t not be happy inside even if stuff’s going on but it’s not like that. I felt like the project I was working on before was me but doesn’t really explain me. I don’t want people thinking that certain things I rap about are important or the key of life because they’re not. Most things I rap about are just what I been through or reality for me and my friends.

Pop Smoke died in February of last year. He was 20 years old. A number of the rapper’s posthumous singles have been released since his death, as well as the full-length album Shoot for the Stars Aim for the Moon.
