The official website for the pottery-themed TV anime Let’s Make a Mug Too 2 has posted a four-minute lyric video for its OP theme song “Muchuu no Saki he” (Beyond the Enthusiasm) performed by the anime’s VA unit MUG-MO, consisting of Minami Tanaka (as Himeno Toyokawa), Yu Serizawa (Mika Kukuri), Yuuki Wakai (Naoko Naruse), and Rina Honnizumi (Toko Aoki).

Using scenes from the anime episodes, the clip conveys various feelings of the pottery girls. The CD single, also including a coupling song “Kimi no Soba ni” (Close to You), was released from Nippon Columbia on October 6, 2021. In additon, the song’s solo version sung by each member of MUG-MO will be digitally released for four consecutive weeks, starting with Minami Tanaka (Himeno Toyokawa) on October 13.

Following the well-received 12-episode first season in the spring 2021 season, Let’s Make a Mug Too 2 premiered in Japan on October 1, 2021, and has also been simulcast on Crunchyroll to its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
