“Kyuukoku no Orange Anime Announced”

A TV anime adaptation of firefighter-themed manga Megumi no Daigo: Kyuukoku no Orange has been announced with a 2023 release date.

The Kodansha-published manga, written by Masahito Soda and drawn by Kuro Tomiyama, begin serialization in Monthly Shonen Magazine in 2020. The tankoubon volumes are published under the KC Deluxe label., with the sixth volume to be released on December 15.

Megumi no Daigo: Kyuukoku no Orange follows three young firefighters: Shun Onoda, Daigo Toake, and Yuki Nakamura. The story also features the appearance of Shiro Amakusa, a character from Soda’s 1995 manga Megumi no Daigo.
