The Kyoto Tower Hotel overlooks one of the most significant gateways into the historic city, giving travelers an outstanding view of the old capital. But, not staying in the past, Kyoto Tower Hotel has been doing collaborations with contemporary anime series, including those made in the area. In mid-2021, the hotel opened a room up for Sound! Euphonium fans, complete with recreations of trophies as well as decals of characters from the series. The collaboration was so popular that in July 2022 the hotel extended the collaboration into 2023.

So, due to the overwhelming popularity of the first collab, the Kyoto Tower Hotel announced a second collaboration with the Kyoto Animation series today, this time incorporating elements from the Liz and the Blue Bird anime film. The hotel released a teaser visual for the new collab.
