#Kyoto Animation Releases New Animated Commercials

Kyoto Animation has released two new animated commercials titled Vision and Imagination. The two CMs, which each have a length of 30 seconds, are the studio’s first commercials since 2013’s Swimming.

Imagination follows an imaginative boy and girl from childhood to teenhood in the present day. Meanwhile, Vision (titled Meiji in Japanese), which is directed and storyboarded by Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S director Tatsuya Ishihara, takes viewers to Meiji era Japan while also offering some fantastical sights. 

The characters of Vision appear to be those of the light novel 20 Senki Denki Mokuroku (20th Century Electricity Catalog), which KyoAni announced it would be adapting back in 2018.
