“#Tokyo Revengers Live-Action Film Gets New Release Date of July 9, 2021”

The official website for the forthcoming live-action film adaptation of Ken Wakui’s Tokyo Revengers manga announced today that it is newly set to be released in Japan on July 9, 2021. The Tsutomu Hanabusa (Kakegurui, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! live-action films)-directed film was originally slated for October 9, 2020, but has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic like many other films.

The first edition advance tickets featuring the four characters of the Nakimushi (Craybaby) team – Takemichi Hanagaki (Takumi Kitamura), Naoto Tachibana (Yosuke Sugino), Hinata Tachibana (Mio Imada), and Atsushi Sendo (Hayato Isomura) – will go on sale on April 23
