The Golden Globes may have snubbed Knives Out, but everyone is excited to rewatch the movie again and again now that it’s available on Amazon Prime Video.

The movie was one of the most anticipated films of the year 2019 and was the most popular movie on Thanksgiving weekend. Put together with a $40 million budget, Knives Out grossed over $309 million. Audiences and critics predicted many nominations for the film but was snubbed by the Golden Globes.

When a wealthy novelist turns up dead, everyone, including his young caretaker, becomes a suspect. Benoit Blanc (Craig), a famous private detective, takes on the case and interviews each suspect.

The movie was up for Best Comedy/Musical, but that honor went to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Craig’s nom went to Taron Egerton for Rocketman, while Ana de Armas’ nom went to Awkwafine for The Farewell. Needless to say, it was tough competition.
