KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE (KAC), a label of King Records that produces music and videos with a focus on anime and voice actors, has announced the launch of Anileap, a live stream project that will distribute anime songs worldwide 24/7.　

Prior to the launch, a beta version of Anileap has been available on the label’s official YouTube channel since June 27. Along with the original animation, you can enjoy opening and ending theme songs carefully selected from the anime works that King Record has been involved in.

KING RECORDS’s official news site KING RECORDS TODAY writes, “‘Anileap’ is a project that aims to create a community where people from all over the world and from all generations can easily enjoy anisong. Centered on the 24/7 live stream on YouTube LIVE, the project will provide a place where users can encounter and reconnect with anisong in a timeless and borderless way, introducing everything from songs that have colored the history of anisong to the latest songs from the Reiwa era.”

The animation art project NOSTALOOK and the contemporary design studio we+ have teamed up to crated the worldview of Anileap.

NOSTALOOK’s original animation takes place in the year 2222, a time when space travel is available to everyone. It depicts a young girl named “LEAP-chan” on a space trip, spending her time inside a spaceship while listening to anime songs. She says on the YouTube channel page, “Hello! I’m LEAP! I’m a girl who likes anime and music. I’m in the middle of a space trip with my pet, cabbage! But traveling between planets is a bit boring. What ANISON should I listen to today?”
