Things are about to get awkward over at Winter House!

ICYMI, Tom Schwartz was spotted filming with Brian Benni and Kory Keefer at a restaurant in Colorado this week — signaling his return to the series for season three. However, this time it looks like the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules star didn’t head back to the series with his best friend and business partner Tom Sandoval, apparently due to the 39-year-old’s cheating scandal.

Considering this went down amid the Scandoval, Schwartz was probably looking for a getaway from his bestie and the controversy for a bit. But it looks like there might be some more drama on the horizon for him, as his ex-wife Katie Maloney was caught thirsting over one of his castmates — Alex Propson!

The fan account @bravobygays took to Instagram on Tuesday to introduce the potential new guy joining the cast of the Winter House by posting a HAWT shirtless pic. And Katie could not believe how sexy the new cast member was, simply commenting:

“Excuse me?!?!”

Wonder how Schwartz feels about this…

While neither Alex nor Bravo has confirmed whether or not he’ll be on season three of the show, Page Six noted that the boat captain — who recently wrapped season 4 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht — was in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where the cast is filming. Schwartz and Summer House and Winter House star Kyle Cooke also follow Alex on the ‘gram. So it seems like he’ll be on the next season!

As for whether he has filmed with Schwartz? That is unknown — but if they do film together soon, they’ll definitely have something to talk about after Katie drooled over him!
