“KAGINADO TV Anime Season 2 Announces Its Premiere Date of April 12”
The official website for the TV anime KAGINADO announced today that its highly-anticipated second season is set to premiere in Japan and abroad on April 12, 2022. The 12-episode first season was aired from October to December 2021 and simulcast on Funimation.
The first season of the five-minute short crossover anime series featured the characters from Key’s classic game series – Kanon, AIR, CLANNAD, Little Busters!, Rewrite, and Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet. The characters from the six works are transformed into mini-form and tell their comedic life at the Kaginado Private Academy. In the second season, the characters from Angel Beats!, who made a brief appearance in the first season’s final episode, will newly join.
