More details on Ryuji Sato’s injuries were revealed, with Sponichi Annex confirming that Sato hurt his arm during the dress rehearsals in preparation for the opening show. Sato went to the hospital for treatment for his arm, but after being discharged, Sato’s pain remained. After discussions between Sato, his agency and the production committee of the show, they all decided to restart performances on August 7 with some small changes to the show to accommodate Sato’s injuries.
