Joe Biden once again took no questions from the press Tuesday as he rolled out a plan to expand services for the elderly and children during the coronavirus pandemic.

“Thank you for listening and I look forward to having your questions at another time — but I’m off to another event,” Biden said after speaking for about 23 minutes at a school in Delaware.

It’s unclear where the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee was heading.

The former vice president, 77, last month took questions at a rare press conference, calling a reporter a “lying dog face” when he was presented with a question about whether he’s suffering a cognitive decline.

Biden said Tuesday that as president, he would ensure 3- and 4-year-old kids get free preschool, and would cap the portion of income most people spend on child care at 7 percent.

Biden said he would deploy an extra 150,000 community health care workers to support elderly people.

“The way we pay for it is by rolling back unproductive tax cuts, some of the $2 trillion tax cut the president put through,” Biden said.

“Donald Trump fails the most important test to be the American president: the duty to care for you, for all of us,” Biden said.
