The creep allegedly behind attacks on three women in Upper Manhattan’s Inwood Hill Park was ordered held without bail on Sunday while authorities probe his connection to similar violent assaults in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park.

Elvis Nina Pichardo, 40, is accused of robbing and threatening to rape the three women in the span of an hour on Wednesday — going so far as to pull down one of his victim’s pants before fleeing with her possessions, prosecutors said.

Pichardo has admitted to NYPD detectives that he stole two of the women’s phones and attempted to rape one of them “by forcible compulsion,” Assistant District Attorney Candace White said during his arraignment Sunday morning. He is also a “person of interest” in “similar” assaults in Prospect Park, prosecutors said.

“The defendant sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault three separate people within an hour in broad daylight in the middle of the day inside Inwood Hill Park,” she told the court. “The defendant admits to engaging with all three Inwood Hill Park victims, specifically admitting to the attempted rape of complaint witness number three.”

Pichardo is just two months out from a 14-year prison stint in Texas for targeting an 18-year-old woman, threatening and then attacking her, law enforcement sources said.

The convicted creep now faces two counts of attempted rape, one count of sexually motivated assault, one count of attempted criminal sexual act, one count of attempted sexual abuse, one count of robbery, one count of assault, one count of petit larceny and one count of public lewdness.

While his court-appointed attorney attempted to write off Upper Manhattan attacks as “more robberies than sex crimes,” Judge Lisa Headley ordered the ex-con held without bail — citing Pichardo’s history of sexual assault.

“Based on nature of crimes…his history of what took place in Texas, based on possible nature of crime that took place in Brooklyn, the court feels that remand is appropriate at this time,” the judge said.

The perv appeared in court in an orange polka-dotted shirt, shorts and New Balance sneakers, and spoke through a translator during the arraignment.

He rambled in Spanish as court officers took him back into custody after the arraignment’s conclusion.

Pichardo’s next court date is scheduled for July 29.
