#Inside Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly’s $27.5M Bel Air house

In 2019, “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah, 36, swore he’d never cohabitate with a lover — but he’s just invested $27.5 million in a Bel Air mansion for him and his girlfriend, 40-year-old “Titans” actress Minka Kelly.

The sleek, 11,000-square-foot mansion at 14930 Corona Del Mar has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms, all with views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, according to a Wall Street Journal report in September, when the house was still for sale.

The couple are “making plans for a future together” in their minimalistic, modern manse, People magazine reported Thursday, though the couple have not publicly confirmed their relationship.

Noah nabbed the house at almost a 25% discount from its original $36 million asking price from 2018. The house was previously owned by designer Mark Rios, 64, and his husband, who custom-designed the house in 2014 when they realized the original house on the property, which they bought for $650,000 in 1996, was sinking into the ocean, according to a 2017 interview with Architectural Digest

“So many fashionable houses are filled with beautiful objets d’art that scream, ‘Look at me! I’m wonderful!’ These houses have a lot going on. Our house is the opposite. We’ve kept it simple,” Rios told AD.

The home’s front is white and windowless, while the back has floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed for entertaining outside, the house has an outdoor bar, kitchen, fireplace, dining area, a 15-by-60 infinity pool and a landscaped “lemon terrace” filled with citrus trees, Rios told the Wall Street Journal in September, when he had the house listed for $29.5 million.

The house also has a spa, sauna, massage room, gym, library, office, home theater and an impressive master bedroom with two bathrooms and a large window that opens up to mountain views.

The wine room has a glass-box elevator that brings you down to the kitchen, where appliances are hidden behind dark wood cabinets. A hidden wall can be pulled out to close off the kitchen, according to the WSJ report.

“I was more experimental and did more in the detailing with this home than I’ve done for past clients,” Rios said. He and his husband only decided to sell the house so they could take on a new home-building project nearby, per WSJ.

Noah also owns a $10 million penthouse in New York City, and had bought a different Bel Air mansion for $20.5 million in 2018, which he sold for $21.7 million in August, according to Architectural Digest

Linda May and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, who reportedly represented the sellers, did not respond to a request for comment. Jonah Wilson, who People, MarketWatch and other publications reported represented Noah, told The Post he was not involved in the transaction and did not represent the seller.
