#Imaginary Fest To Get Nier Collab

The A Certain Magical Index: Imaginary Fest mobile game is set to kick off a collaboration with the Nier JRPG series on May 1. The collaboration will include the “A Certain Game’s Psuedo-World” gacha and the fully-voiced “A Certain Game’s Psuedo-World” scenario event.

As reported by Siliconera, the gacha will allow players to roll for exclusive character cards that feature some of the cast members from A Certain Magical Index in the garb of characters from both Nier: Replicant and Nier: Automata. Meanwhile, the scenario event will see some of A Certain Magical Index‘s characters partaking in the beta test of a virtual Nier battle royale game.

As previewed in a Square Enix livestream, the event-exclusive character cards from the banner include Misaka Mikoto as 2B (with skirt), Othinus as A2, Oriana Thomson as Kainé, Accelerator as Nier (both characters happen to be voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto), Last Order as Yona, and Mii Konori as 2B (sans skirt). 

According to Siliconera, the scenario event will provide Index in the costume of Emil. It will also offer log-in bonuses, boss tickets that can be attained through quests, and event points that are given out after beating a boss. The event points can be spent on characters and items. 

The “A Certain Game’s Psuedo-World” gacha will begin from May 1, 12AM JST, while the scenario event will begin on May 1, 4PM JST. The collaboration’s login campaign will start on May 1, 5AM JST.
