#I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too Final Episode Delayed by 2 Days

The production team for I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too announced that the early streaming of the 13th and final episode is being pushed back by two days to June 28, 2023. The episode was originally scheduled to premiere on June 26, 2023. 

The anime first aired on April 7, 2023 and is streaming on Crunchyroll and Muse Asia outside of Japan.

Shin Itagaki (So I’m a Spider, So What? director) is serving as chief director and series screenwriter of the anime series, with Shingo Tanabe (Wake Up, Girls! New Chapter assistant director) as director, and Hiromi Kimura (Cop Craft) as character designer and chief animation director. Millepensee is handling the animation production. 

Other staff members include Masakazu Miyake (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) as art director, Aiko Yamagami (Cop Craft) as color designer, T.D.I’s Junko Nagaoka as color designer, and Akiyuki Tateyama (Laid-Back Camp Movie) as music composer. Sanzigen’s Naoki Yorozu (Shin Sakura Taisen the Animation), Kenta Fujita (D Cide Traumerei The Animation co-assistant photography director), and IXIXI’s Shouta Tanaka (My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World! assistant photography director) are the compositing directors. 

Meanwhile, the voice cast includes Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Yuya Tenjo, Akari Kitou as Kaori Hojo, Kaori Maeda as Alseria, Ai Kakuma as Runa, Nao Touyama as Night, Kazuhiko Inoue as Usagi, and Yuka Iguchi as Akatsuki. 

I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too is based on the light novel series of the same name. It is written by Miku and illustrated by Rein Kuwashima and originated as a web novel on Kakuyomu in 2017. The series is published under KADOKAWA’s Fantasia Bunko label and was first published on December 20, 2018. Fourteen volumes have been released as of June 2023. 

A spin-off series focused on the female characters was launched in December 2022. A manga adaptation by Kazuomi Minatogawa was released in 2019. 

Yen Press releases the light novels and manga in English, describes the synopsis as: 

A mysterious door stands open, inviting a boy who’s been brutally bullied all his life to take a courageous step forward into the unknown. On the other side, he finds a hoard of priceless artifacts and a world as filled with magic as it is with monsters. The most shocking revelation, however, is that he can bring whatever he wants back with him when he returns to Earth. It won’t be long before this double life changes him forever…
