#Two women dead in NYC hit-run

Two women died in an East New York, Brooklyn car crash late Saturday, and the NYPD was still looking for the hit-and-run driver early Sunday.

The women were in a Toyota Camry and heading east on Flatlands Avenue at around 11 p.m., police said.

Their car was struck at Pennsylvania Avenue by a BMW that was heading south at a high rate of speed, police said.

The two men in the BMW fled the crash on foot, and were being sought, police said early Sunday.

The women were pronounced dead at the scene. One was 58 years old; the second had not yet been identified, police said.
