#Love All Play Badminton Anime To Feature Natsuki Hanae as Protagonist

The upcoming Love All Play badminton anime will feature Natsuki Hanae as the voice of protagonist Ryou Mizushima. The casting information was revealed alongside a new teaser trailer.

Love All Play is set to premiere in Spring 2022. It is based on novel series by Asami Koseki, which consists of four novels written from 2011 to 2014. A special republication of the first volume was released in August 2021, the month of the anime’s announcement.

The first volume centers on Ryou, who began playing badminton in middle school by chance. Ryou receives an offer to the prestigious Yokohama Minato High School, where he meets multiple idiosyncratic teammates.

The staff of the anime includes Hiroshi Takeuchi (Blade & Soul co-director) as director, Tomoko Konparu (Libra of Nil Admirari) as series composer and scriptwriter, Riko Kaneda (Let’s Make a Mug Too animation director) as character designer, and Yuuki Hayashi (Backflip!!) as music composer. Nippon Animation and OLM are the animation production studios.

Also credited are Hirami Miharu (Star Twinkle PreCure), Shingo Irie (Golden Kamuy Season 3), and Michiko Yokote (Heaven’s Design Team series composer and scriptwriter) as scriptwriters.
