Drake was rapping long before the days he was selling out arenas, and some of his early handwritten lyrics have now gone up for auction.

According to TMZ, a young Drake penned the lyrics while was working for his uncle’s Memphis furniture manufacturer in the 2000s. They ended up in the trash and were only discovered in the factory’s dumpster when it was closing up shop for good.

OVO fans will have the chance to purchase the handwritten lyrics on loose-leaf paper fro the Moments In Time auction house for $20,000.

You can check out a photograph of the lyrics below:

The top of the page features the name Sylvia scribbled across the header with her phone number, which could have been an old flame Drizzy had or was looking to pursue.

“Plates/passed around for collection/ Raising money for cheap cell phones with no reception,” he penned.

Lyrics from this time might be recognizable to some as “Come Spring” with bars that eventually evolved into 2006’s Room For Improvement sleeper “Come Winter.”

Nearly two decades later, Drake’s still at the apex of the rap game and his decorated career has seen him collect just about every accolade that could possibly be desired by an artist.

As for as his most recent project, Her Loss with 21 Savage has already passed one billion Spotify streams in less than two months.

Her Loss debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and moved over 404,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, giving it the third-highest opening this year in music. Drake and 21 Savage had their 12th and third No. 1 album with the project, respectively, and earned a total of 514 million on-demand streams.

Meanwhile, Drake is gearing up to take a trip down to the Caribbean island of St. Barts for the annual LuisaViaRoma for Unicef gala.

According to a report from Page Six, Drizzy will be performing at the gala taking place at the lavish Emeraude Hotel on Thursday (December 29).

Diddy will be also be in attendance as one of 700 people at the charity event which aims to raise funds for UNICEF’s efforts around the world.
