“HoneyKomb Brazy's Grandparents Said To Have Been Killed Over A 'Social Media Insult'”

With four suspects now in police custody, the case moved to Mobile County District Court this week with a hearing overseen by Judge Spiro Cheriogotis revealing new details about the gruesome tragedy that led to the deaths of Tony and Leila Lewis.
According to FOX10, Mobile police Detective Julius Nettles disclosed he believes the attack was the result of co-defendant Terrance Sanchez Watkins being angered by a Facebook post made by fellow rapper OMB Peezy.
Nettles went further to say that once the four co-defendants couldn’t get to HoneyKomb or Peezy, they were determined to murder whoever was in the home at the time.
“The beef was with the rapper OMB Peezy,” Nettles said. “They plotted to execute the grandparents, or whoever was in that house at the time.”
A large portion of the evidence in the case was gathered by several federal wiretaps that allegedly incriminated the defendants. There reportedly are phone conversations between the aforementioned Watkins and suspects Darrin “DD” Jamark Southall and Jamarcus Devonta Chambers.
The fourth suspect in custody, Patrick Vashun Lewis, was arrested on February 25 as he faces three counts of murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
The 21-year-old Lewis is involved in a separate shooting from September 18, 2021, where a man was shot and killed in a mall parking lot. That case is being brought to a grand jury.
