#Hololive VTubers Put on Their Holiday Best for Christmasy Collaboration

Ten virtual YouTubers are preparing to take over Tokyo Skytree for a Hololive holiday!

The VTubers will be collaborating with the venue — the world’s second-tallest structure, serving as both a broadcast tower and an entertainment center — for Christmas-themed fun. Participating in the festivities will be Tokino Sora and Hoshimachi Suisei from Generation 0; Yozora Mel from 1st Generation; Yuzuki Choco and Oozora Subaru from 2nd Generation; Amane Kanata, Tsunomaki Watame, Tokoyami Towa, and Himemori Luna from holoForce; and Yukihana Lamy from NePoLaBo.

The venue will offer all sorts of merry merchandise for fans of the VTubers, using new art of the girls in Christmas attire and New Year’s yukata. Among the items on offer will be acrylic standees, shirts, pins, and cell phone straps. Can’t make it out to Japan to go shopping? Neither can we — but fortunately there will be online sales for overseas fans! Pre-orders at the stroke of midnight JST on January 1, 2022, and orders will ship out starting in March.

For those who can be there, there will be a collab café full of tasty treats inspired by the virtual stars. The event will start with a Christmas menu including sandwiches, fried chicken, curry, and Christmas cakes. After Christmas, a new menu will lead you up to the new year with warm cream stew and chilly parfaits. There are also image drinks for each VTuber.

There will also be photo spots on site, as well as a mystery challenge that will take you around the local mall and a raffle for a life-sized standee.
