A man was killed in an early morning street fight in the West Village, police said.
A 911 caller reported an assault in front of 82 Christopher Street around 4:30 a.m. When police arrived, they found a 36-year-old man unconscious on the ground.
EMS crews took him to Lenox Health Complex, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made and the victim’s name has not been released.
