The anime series “Hanasaku Iroha” and the accompanying film are released in German!

As Anime House announced a few days ago, the TV-Series as well as the Movie zu «Hanasaku Iroha» on DVD and Blu-ray appear. The expected release period was called that Beginning of the second half of the year.

The slice-of-life anime, which consists of 26 episodes, is to appear on a total of two volumes. The 67-minute film with the title “Hanasaku Iroha: Home Sweet Home” will also be released on a separate disc.

“Hanasaku Iroha” is the first original anime from the PA Works studio (including “Shirobako”). It was created in 2011 based on a script by Mari Okada (including «Maquia») and directed by Masahiro Andō. The year the series was released also marked the studio’s tenth anniversary. The film premiered in Japan two years later.
