Hades, the critically acclaimed rogue-like dungeon crawler from Supergiant Games, is an absolutely stunning game and has won more than 50 Game of the Year Awards. Having been launched in 2020 for PC and Switch platforms, it is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X consoles; and can be played through the Xbox Game Pass. Along with the digital release, Hades will also be available as a retail edition simultaneously.

Now available on PS and Xbox consoles, the physical edition will be packed with additional features as a bonus. This includes a 32 page long, full-color character compendium booklet that features illustrious character art from Jen Zee, Supergiant Games’ award-winning art director, in addition to a digital code for the original soundtrack of Hades that contains two and a half hours of music by award-winning composer Darren Korb. Apart from this, the first-run prints of the retail version are emblazoned with metallic foil detailing on the cover art!

The game consists of players assuming the role of Zagreus, the Prince of the Underworld in his attempt to escape his father’s kingdom. Additionally, it has combined Supergiant Games’ skills of the action element, rich environment and atmosphere, and the depth of storytelling.
Hades on the consoles provides a technical boost to the game by allowing the player to play in 4K, 60fps. People with PS5 will also get to experience enhanced controller vibration and lighting on the DualSense controller.
People with the PS4 version of Hades will get a free upgrade to the digital PS5 version of the game. The game is available at an MSRP of 29.99 USD for the physical edition; at 24.99 USD digitally across the different consoles.
