‘Hacks’ Is Back for Season 4: Here’s Where To Watch It Online

The Emmy Award-winning comedy series Hacks — which stars Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder — returns for season four.

Starting on Thursday, April 10, the first two episodes are available to stream with a subscription to Max. Below, find out when to stream Hacks online and the episode release schedule for season four.

Hacks: Season Four Premiere Date, Episode Release Schedule

The first two episodes of Hacks season four are available to stream on Max starting Thursday, April 10. The fourth season has a 10-episode run, with a new episode dropping every Thursday until the finale drops on May 29.

Hacks follows the hilariously toxic relationship between Deborah Vance (Jean Smart), a legendary Las Vegas comedian trying to stage a comeback, and Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder), a younger sad sack comedy writer. Season four finds Deborah and Ava navigating the fallout of their relationship, while trying to launch a new late night talk show.

The comedy series also stars Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Megan Stalter, Paul W. Downs, Kaitlin Olson, Christopher McDonald, Mark Indelicato, Rose Abdoo, Poppy Liu, Julianne Nicholson, Michaela Watkins and Eric Balfour and others.

If you’d like to watch up with past seasons of Hacks, season one, season two and season three are all available to stream on Max. The first season premiered in 2021 with 10 episodes, while the second season dropped the following year in 2022 with eight episodes. Season three came out in 2024 with nine episodes.
