A brave woman turned her cellphone into a weapon and used it to fight off a man who tried to rape her near a Queens park, police said early Thursday.

The 35-year-old woman was walking by Kissena Park in Flushing around 9 p.m. July 26 when the creep approached and pleaded with her several times in Mandarin to “be my friend.”

She asked him to leave her alone, but he continued following her, police said. Once on Elm Avenue near 149th Street, he shoved her to the ground, put his hands around her neck and punched her in the face, authorities said.

He then threatened, “I want to kill you” before placing his hands inside the woman’s pants and starting to pull them down, police said.

The victim then hit her attacker with her phone, causing him to release her and take off, cops said.

She suffered bruises and scratches to her body, but refused medical attention.

Cops say the suspect is about 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt. He remains at large.
