#Go For It, Nakamura! Reveals 1st Trailer, Main Cast

The Go For It, Nakamura! anime adaptation has received its first non-teaser trailer, as well as details about the main cast.

Chiaki Kobayashi is voicing the titular Okuto Nakamura, while Yuki Sakakihara is Nakamura’s love interest Aiki Hirose. Additionally, Kappei Yamaguchi and Junko Takeuchi have been cast in undisclosed roles.

Go For It, Nakamura! is based on the manga by Syundei, which was originally serialized in Akaneshinsha’s Opera and had a single volume released in May 2017. It was followed by Go For It Again, Nakamura! (Motto Ganbare! Nakamura-kun).

Yen Press describes the manga as:

A hilarious Boys’ Love manga about one young man’s attempts to keep it together in front of his crush by the creator of Total Eclipse of the Eternal Heart!

Nakamura is a shy boy who falls in love at first sight with one of his classmates–his dreamy high school classmate, Hirose. But there’s a problem: they haven’t met yet. And Nakamura is a total klutz who might bungle things before they even begin!

The anime will premiere in 2025 and has been picked up by Crunchyroll.
