#Gnosia Sci-fi Mystery Anime’s 1st Trailer Introduces Suspects, Reveals October
The anime adaptation of the Gnosia sci-fi social deduction thriller video game has received its first trailer, a key visual, an October premiere window, and details about the production staff and main cast. The trailer and visual both display the anime’s take on the colorful (literally) characters of the original game.
Lending their voices to the main cast are Chika Anzai (as Yuri), Ikumi Hasegawa (as Setsu), Akari Kito (as SQ), Hiroki Nanami (as Rakio), and Asami Seto (as Gina). On the production side, the revealed names include:

• Director: Kazuya Ichikawa (Touken Ranbu Kai: Doden Chikashi Haberau Monora and Bakugan: Legends, president of domerica)
• Series composition and scriptwriter: Jukki Hanada (Girls Band Cry)
• Character designer: Arisa Matsuura (The World Ends with You: The Animation)
• Imposter supervisor: Fumiya Matsugiki
• Background art director: Mayumi Kamada (The World Ends with You: The Animation 3DCG director)
• Background art director: Mari Takada (Touken Ranbu Kai: Kyoden Moyuru Honnouji and Bakugan: Legends character designer)
• Compositing director: Tatsuya Nomura (INGRESS THE ANIMATION)
The Gnosia game was developed by Petit Depotto and was originally released in 2019 for PS Vita before being ported to other platforms like Nintendo Switch, Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Store. Nintendo Store describes it as:
The crew of a drifting spaceship, facing off against a mysterious and deadly threat known as the “Gnosia” and having no idea who among them is really the enemy, formulate a desperate plan for survival. The most suspicious among them will be put into “cold sleep” one by one, in an effort to rid the ship of Gnosia.
Gnosia is a Sci-Fi Social Deduction RPG in which you will engage in discussion with a variety of unique characters, with the aim of identifying the Gnosia among the group. Players will have to use what information they can gather during the discussions to ascertain whom they think is Gnosia and then vote to put them into cold sleep. As you progress, your abilities will improve – but so will those of the crew.
As the numbers of crew members, Gnosia, and various “roles” increase, it will become increasingly difficult to determine who is telling the truth. Work in collaboration with or against other crew members to ensure your survival until the end.
