And while Glenn confesses that she doesn’t know Clint personally, she did actually meet Princess Diana back in 1989 at the London premiere of her film Dangerous Liaisons.
“She was lovely,” recalls Glenn, while taking in a photo of them together and noting: “Look at our hairstyles, they are very much alike!”

The unlikely link between the two women comes via Glenn’s British ancestors. It’s just one of the fascinating facts about the actress revealed in the show.
When she was 7, her parents joined a religious group called Moral Re-Armament, which Glenn describes as a “cult.” They even moved to the organization’s headquarters in Switzerland and Glenn was sent out into the world as part of a singing group.
She admits: “I didn’t know how to get out.” But eventually at age 22 she did break away from the group and pursued her dream of becoming an actress.
Glenn discovers she has Quakers and Puritans in her family and is visibly upset to find she has slave-owners in her family background. And for an actress, who has had some racy roles, there is also a sex scandal!
That involved one of her male relatives, a laborer, who in 1843 was charged with fornication – and then likely divorced his first wife for a younger woman!! “Wow!” exclaims Glenn. “He was a sexual animal…I like him!”
