Aniplus Asia announced on their social media that Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story [Magia Record] 2nd Season -The Eve of Awakening- will premiere on August 1 at 12:30 AM (GMT+8). Subsequent episodes will air every Saturday.
Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story’s first season premiered on January 4, 2020 with 13 episodes. It is based on the mobile game by f4samurai, which is inspired by the 2011 Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime. Crunchyroll describes the anime as:

[Magia Record] 2nd Season -The Eve of Awakening-’s staff includes Gekidan Inu Curry (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story) as chief director and series script supervisor, Yukihiro Miyamoto (Puella Magi Madoka Magica series director) as assistant director, Junichirō Taniguchi (Madoka Magica chief animation director) as director and character designer, Akiyuki Simbo (Puella Magi Madoka Magica director) as animation supervisor, and Takumi Ozawa as music composer. SHAFT is producing the anime. TrySail is performing the ending song, titled “Lapis.”
