#Ice Spice Addresses Pregnancy Rumors After ‘Baby Bump’ Photo

Ice Spice has cleared up rumors that she’s pregnant after a new photo she shared online sparked speculation.

The Bronx rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday night (January 22) to share a photo of her wearing a skimpy outfit with her midriff on display.

After seeing the photo, fans flocked to social media to question if Ice Spice was pregnant based on her purportedly round stomach.

“Wait is she pregnant Forreal?” one person replied to the post, while another added: “who got yo girl preggo?”

Someone else wrote: “Ice Spice has a baby bump?” along with a series of dejected emojis.

However, within a couple of hours of posting the photo, Ice Spice shut down the rumors with a simple answer.

“nobody pregnant n-ggas just phat,” she told her 2.2 million followers.

Ice Spice has largely kept her love life under wraps since rising to fame with her breakout hit “Munch (Feelin’ U)” in 2022, but she did confirm last year that she was in a relationship.

In a profile published by the Los Angeles Times in October, the 24-year-old revealed that she was “currently dating someone.”

However, she declined to reveal the identity of her mystery boo as she wants fans to “keep their focus on what I’m here for, which is music.”

In other news, Ice Spice was sued earlier this month for allegedly stealing her hit single “In Ha Mood.”

In the lawsuit, New York rapper D.Chamberz claims that she copied the beat, lyrics, hook, rhyme structure, metrical placement and narrative of his January 2022 track “In That Mood.”

He claims that he made the song a year before the Bronx rap star released “In Ha Mood,” which came out in January 2023 and appears on her debut EP Like..?.

Chamberz said Ice Spice and her producer RiotUSA could have heard his song as he worked as a DJ in New York City and played it on the radio.

He’s seeking seeking half of the publishing rights to the song as well as other revenues, plus damages for copyright infringement.
