Azhdaha, a powerful dragon, has been introduced as a weekly boss in Genshin Impact. Here’s how you can beat him!

Who is Azhdaha?

• Azhdaha is a difficult boss who debuted in Patch 1.5. He is a weekly boss who can be found after completing Zhongli’s second tale.
• The Azhdaha you’ll fight alongside Zhongli is much weaker than the weekly boss. This is due to Azhdaha’s ability to shift elements, prompting gamers to react fast in order to overcome his new form.
• This boss has a lot of HP, and defeating him will take a while, all the more so if you select one of the harder difficulties.
• Several gamers have claimed that Azhdaha is far more challenging than the Childe battle!

Battle Preparations

You should prepare a lot of food ahead of time, have a good deal of healing consumables on hand, and stock up on supplies that increase your ATK and DEF.

You should also bring some revives with you. Azhdaha deals a lot of damage, and it’s unlikely that you won’t come across a character who isn’t in good shape during the fight.

Tips and Tricks

• Run out of an illuminated circle as soon as possible. This is where a huge rock will fall and cause serious damage.

• Azhdaha will occasionally burrow into the ground and pursue your character. It will erupt from the floor and inflict damage on you once it gets closer. For this phase, make sure you have a good handle on your stamina.

• Azhdaha’s spines will pulsate with geo-energy on a constant basis. Keep a safe distance from them because they’ll all explode in a matter of seconds!

• Prepare to avoid Azhdaha’s blast wave when it bashes the ground. It’ll be one after the other, so either flee or prepare a shield to withstand the damage. Overall, any shield is your best buddy throughout the whole fight!
