As part of its Version 2.0, Genshin Impact has already announced the upcoming events and gachapons for August 2021. MiHoYo, a F2P game, will be updated with new characters, bonuses, and activities so that the community can keep up with the latest news even during the summer. We’ve compiled all of miHoYo’s details about 2.0’s new events in the table below.

WISH: Tapestry of Golden Flames

Start	End
August 10, 2021 – 6:00PM	August 31, 2021 – 2:59PM

You’ll have a greater possibility of acquiring the exclusive 5★ character Yoimiya, the Master of Flames, if you use this gachapon while the event is ongoing. It also improves your chances of earning Sayu, Diona, and Xinyan, all of whom are 4★ characters. The exclusive characters will not be included in the permanent Passion for Traveling gachapon.

EVENT: Lost Riches

Requirement: Adventure Rank 30 or higher, “Ritou Escape Plan”

Go treasure hunting with the Seelie Treasure Hunter during the occasion and claim the Miniseelie Violet, Miniseelie Dew, Miniseelie blush, or Miniseelie Turmeric commemorative gizmos in the event shop. Protogems, Hero’s Ingenuity, Minerals of Mystic Refinement, and Mora can also be obtained as a reward.

EVENT: Theater Mechanicus – Stage of Wonders

August 12, 2021 – 10:00AM	August 26, 2021 – 3:59AM
Requirement: Adventure Rank 30 or higher, “Ritou Escape Plan”

Obtain the Celebration Card – Wit and Talismans of Wit by playing matches and completing specific objectives during this event. Talismans of Ingenuity can be traded in for:

Protogems, Character Talent Materials, Character EXP Materials, and Mora in the Event Store, among other things.

EVENT: Phantom Flow

August 20, 2021 – 10:00AM	August 30, 2021 – 3:59AM
Requirement: Adventure Rank 30 or higher, “Ritou Escape Plan”, “Chisato’s Letter”

For the fated travelers, Shousen (leader of Inazuma’s Shin style), has organized a no-holds-barred fighting competition. You can earn Protogems and other rewards by completing challenges at various levels.

TEST RUN: Character Trial

Start	End
August 10, 2021 – 6:00PM	August 31, 2021 – 2:59PM

During this event, you’ll be able to test specific scenarios by using fixed lineups containing the chosen test characters. To earn rewards, you must complete these challenges. Xinyan, Diona, Sayu, and Yoimiya will be the characters tested.

EVENT: Ley Line Overflow

August 23, 2021 – 4:00AM	August 30, 2021 – 3:59AM
Requirement: Revitalize a Blossom of Wealth / Blossom of Revelation

To get double the rewards, successfully challenge a Flower of Wealth or Flower of Revelation during this event and consume Original Resin. Three times a day, you will have the chance to double your winnings.
