#Funimation Announces Attack on Titan: The Final Season Merchandise

Funimation has announced a series of merchandise for Attack on Titan: The Final Season as part of its “Colossal Merchandise Program.”

Some of the merchandise will be part of a commemorative campaign produced with Oniri Creations that “revisits fan favorites.” The first release of this campaign will be a 1/6th scale statue of Levi Ackerman battling against the Female Titan with only 999 copies. The second release will have pre-orders announced in spring.

Future releases will cover the Beast Titan and Colossal Titan, Scouts like Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and Sasha, and “pivotal key moments” from the anime’s first three seasons. More “titan drops” for the final season are also planned. The commemorative campaign merchandise will be available at Hot Topic and other major and specialty retailers.

Funimation is also partnering with Ripple Junction for apparel and accessories. “We are all fans of Attack on Titan and have had a lot of fun over the years creating apparel that the fans love to wear,” Ripple Junction CEO Neil Hoynes said in Funimation’s press release. “Partnering with Hot Topic to create a unique line of apparel leading up to the fourth and final season is bittersweet; however, we are excited to see our designs in stores and fans loving the designs we get to create.”

In addition, there will be collaborations with returning partners like Funko, Great Eastern Entertainment, Surreal Entertainment, Trends International, and Atsuko in the US, as well as Empire Apparel Group and Impact Rock Merchandise in Australia/New Zealand and GB Eye in the United Kingdom.

“Funimation is focused on growing in additional territories and categories across the globe,” said the company.

More deals that cover “halo fashion collaborations, fun retail promotions, Latin America expansion, and both chibi and super high-end collectible partners” will be announced later this year.
