#Freddie Gibbs and ScHoolboy Q Share New Song “Gang Signs”: Watch the Video

Freddie Gibbs has shared a new single called “Gang Signs,” featuring ScHoolboy Q. The track arrives with a new animated music video directed by Aaron Hymes and illustrator Gabriel Alcala. Check out the video, featuring Gibbs as a rabbit and Q as a turtle, below.

“I was just trying to pay homage to Do or Die and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony when I made this song,” Gibbs said in a statement. “That’s the era I grew up on. It was long overdue for me and Q to do a record.”

“Gang Signs” follows last year’s Gibbs track “4 Thangs,” featuring Big Sean and produced by Hit-Boy. The Indiana rapper’s most recent full-length Alfredo, a collaboration with the Alchemist, picked up a 2021 Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album. Last year, Gibbs also cropped up on tracks by Machinedrum and Conway the Machine.
