The first teaser trailer has been released for the The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights Of The Apocalypse anime adaptation, which was announced last May.

Aside from the teaser trailer’s release, it was announced that Shou Komura is playing the lead role of Percival and that Telecom Animation Film is the animation production company.

Additionally, the anime’s teaser website revealed that the show will be “implemented” in the Seven Deadly Sins: Hikari to Yami no Kousen mobile game. More details will be announced later.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights Of The Apocalypse is based on Nakaba Suzuki‘s sequel to his The Seven Deadly Sins manga. The Kodansha-published title began serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine in January 2021 and has 10 tankoubon volumes published under the Weekly Shonen Magazine label as of January 17, 2023.

The original The Seven Deadly Sins manga ran from 2012 to 2020 and has inspired a multi-season anime series, several anime movies, manga spin-offs, light novels, and games. The first half of the two-part The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh movie is currently streaming on Netflix, with the second half set for an August 2023 release.
