A private eye accused of raping the wife of an ice-cream heir — who claims the woman actually attacked him —  allegedly manipulated a video of the encounter, according to court papers filed by the woman.

On top of that, the iPhone retired NYPD cop Yanti Mike Greene used to tape the alleged sex attack also went missing during an alleged burglary of the gumshoe’s Manhattan home — on the same day he was due to submit the cellphone for court-ordered cloning, he claimed in a letter to Nassau County Supreme Court.

In a case with more twists than a soft-serve cone, the 6-foot-2, 260-pound Greene claims he was raped in a car in a Long Island parking lot in 2018 by the 5-foot-3, 130-pound Susanne Gold-Smith, wife of Chipwich scion David Smith, who is worth an estimated $100 million.

At the time, Greene was working for International Investigations Group on behalf of Smith, which was conducting heavy surveillance of Susanne while the couple was estranged. Smith paid the private dicks $9 million for the three-year operation.

The couple later reconciled, and Smith sued IIG to get his money back because his wife alleged that not only Greene — but four other private detectives working for the agency — sexually assaulted her at different times.

Gold-Smith claims the randy PIs repeatedly kissed, touched or initiated unwanted sex with her, and that in at least one instance, she gave in “out of fear of retribution,” according to court papers.  The investigators have denied the allegations.

Greene drugged and assaulted her, Gold-Smith has claimed in court papers.

Greene claims in court papers that his cellphone footage “clearly shows” Gold-Smith “was not unconscious” and was “the aggressor.”

Gold-Smith calls Greene’s accusations “victim shaming” in court papers and accuses the PI of editing out “five or more minutes” of the footage.

“Just because Mike Greene was an NYPD detective, doesn’t mean he can destroy evidence and get away with raping me,” Gold-Smith said in a statement to The Post.

The investigator has been victimized by “moneyed plaintiffs and a smear campaign,” said his attorney, Todd Spodek, adding “the video speaks for itself, and will all come out at trial.”
